close to 400 different profiles. 150
standard profiles that are set up and ready
to fun. This gives us the ability to get you
your order in a timely matter. We have
200,000 bd. Ft. of hardwood and softwood in
our 20,000 sq. ft. warehouse available upon
demand. We have 80,000 bd. Ft. of kiln
drying capacity. Where we can custom dry
your wood or our wood to manufacture it to
profiles for you.
We are also proud owners of 3 patents in the
millwork industry. Our silhouette/track trim
has been sold Worldwide. Giving us an
advantage over our competition.
Acorn Millwork also offers their customers
box beams. Box beams are hand crafted to
look like real beams, but have a hollow
center. Box beams have many advantages from
being more cost effective, easy to handle,
can hide wiring with in beam, allows for
many looks and options, and can be used in
many different applications. Ask one of our
design specialists if box beams will work in
your next project.
